Reliable quality, always return
This was my third time staying with Pillows Hotels, this time at the Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre. I've previously been to the Zwolle and Ghent locations. What I consistently appreciate is the reliable quality. The rooms are always well-appointed, and the service is attentive without being overbearing. This Brussels hotel was no exception; my Luxury Hotel Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was extensive, as usual. I've never had a major issue with any of my stays. I usually book directly on their site for the member rate. It's why I keep coming back when I travel for work; I know what to expect, and they deliver.

I stayed at Pillows Maurits at the Park Amsterdam. The room was clean and well-designed. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was good. No issues with my reservation. Would book again if in the area.
Nice hotel, small issue
My wife and I booked a Junior Suite at Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Reylof Ghent for a weekend getaway. The hotel itself is beautiful, the historic building has a lot of charm. The suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the Spa Facilities; they were clean and relaxing. We had dinner at Olivier Le Petit Bistro, and the food was excellent, though a bit pricey. My only minor complaint was that valet parking took longer than expected during check-out, which delayed us a bit. Overall, a good experience for the cost, but that one hiccup could be improved.
